溫馨提示：我們在中國香港運營與服務，請與我們一同遵守中國香港特別行政區的適用法律，包括《中華人民共和國香港特別行政區維護國家安全法》（《香港國安法》）。守法、友善，學習之路更安心。
1. 守法與安心學習
- 請遵守中國香港特別行政區及您所在地的適用法律，一起維護安全、正面的學習環境。
- 請勿利用本平台從事、宣傳或協助任何危害國家安全的行為（包括《香港國安法》所禁止的行為）。
- 請勿發布或分享違反《香港國安法》或其他刑事法例的內容；若有需要，我們會依法配合有關方面的合理查詢，並適時處理不當內容。
2. 尊重與溫暖
- 請以善意溝通：避免侮辱、騷擾、恐嚇、人身攻擊、歧視或仇恨言論。
- 請尊重他人私隱：勿起底、勿未經同意公開他人資料，也請避免欺凌或跟蹤。
- 請保持內容適宜：勿發布色情、暴力恐嚇，或以未成年人為對象的不當內容。
3. 學術誠信與 AI 好幫手
- AI 與學習工具是用來幫助你理解、練習與成長的好夥伴——請勿用於考試作弊、抄襲，或以他人／AI 作品冒充自己的作業。
- 請同時遵守學校、考試局與機構的誠信規定；你的作業與答卷，最終仍由你自己負責。
- 請溫柔對待系統：避免濫用自動化腳本、惡意爬取或干擾服務穩定，讓大家都有順暢體驗。
4. 帳戶與內容
- 請妥善保管登入方式，勿與他人共享付費權益；帳戶下的活動由你負責。
- 請尊重知識產權與他人權益；輸入與分享的內容請保持合法、真誠。
- 請勿冒充他人，也請提防詐騙或釣魚——有疑慮歡迎聯絡我們。
5. 未成年人
- 未滿 18 歲的同學，建議在家長或監護人知情並同意下使用付費及社群相關功能。
- 歡迎家長／監護人陪伴孩子，一起文明、安心地探索學習旅程。
6. 若有不妥時
- 為了保護大家，我們可能依情況溫和提醒、限制功能、暫停帳戶、移除內容，或在法律要求下通報相關機關。
- 嚴重或違法情況，我們或需即時處理；平常多數問題，我們都希望先以溝通與提醒解決。
7. 與其他政策

一併適用。若有不同之處，我們會以更保護用戶、且符合中國香港法律的方式處理；國安與刑事合規要求仍然重要，不受商業條款削弱。

Welcome to Blissfulife—a place to learn, grow, and support one another. These short, friendly notes help keep every OS calm and kind. By continuing to use the platform, you join us in looking after this learning community.
A gentle note: We operate and serve in Hong Kong, China. Please join us in following the applicable laws of Hong Kong, China (HKSAR), including the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong National Security Law). Staying lawful and kind keeps learning safe for everyone.
1. Lawfulness & peace of mind
- Please follow the applicable laws of Hong Kong, China (HKSAR) and any other laws that apply to you, so we can keep a positive learning space.
- Please do not use this platform to engage in, promote, or assist acts that endanger national security (including those prohibited under the Hong Kong National Security Law).
- Please do not publish or share content that violates the Hong Kong National Security Law or other criminal laws. Where needed, we may cooperate with lawful requests and handle harmful content carefully.
2. Respect & kindness
- Communicate in good faith—no insults, harassment, threats, personal attacks, discrimination, or hate speech.
- Respect privacy—no doxxing, unauthorised sharing of personal data, cyberbullying, or stalking.
- Keep content suitable—no pornography, violent threats, or inappropriate material involving minors.
3. Academic integrity & AI as a helper
- AI and learning tools are here to help you understand, practice, and grow—not for exam cheating, plagiarism, or submitting others’/AI work as your own.
- Please also follow your school, exam board, and institutional integrity rules; you remain responsible for your own work.
- Be gentle with the system—avoid abusive automation, malicious scraping, or anything that hurts stability for others.
4. Accounts & content
- Keep your sign-in safe and don’t share paid entitlements; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Respect intellectual property and others’ rights; keep what you share lawful and sincere.
- No impersonation—and watch out for scams or phishing. Contact us if something feels wrong.
5. Minors
- Users under 18 are encouraged to use paid and community features with parent/guardian knowledge and consent.
- Guardians are welcome to walk the learning journey with their children, calmly and kindly.
6. If something goes wrong
- To protect everyone, we may gently remind you, limit features, pause accounts, remove content, or report matters when the law requires.
- Serious or unlawful cases may need prompt action; most everyday issues, we prefer to solve with conversation and reminders first.
7. Related policies
These Guidelines work together with the
Privacy Policy and
Refund Policy.
Where they differ, we lean toward stronger user protection and compliance with the laws of Hong Kong, China. National security and criminal compliance remain important and are not diluted by commercial terms.
8. Updates
We may update these Guidelines and will post the latest version here. After more important changes, we may invite you to confirm again—like a friendly “got it” tap.
