私隱政策及收集個人資料聲明

A. 收集個人資料聲明（PICS）

Ourealife International Limited 皇極道集團有限公司（以分行名稱「心教教育 Blissfulife Education」經營）（分行商業登記號碼：77029697-002-09-26-4；下稱「心教」或「我們」）營運 blissfulife.academy 及其子站，是你個人資料的 data user。根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）附表 1 保障資料第 1(3) 原則：

1. 必須提供。 Google 帳戶名稱、電郵、個人檔案相片及 Google 帳戶識別碼；出生年份（只判斷年齡組別）；未滿 18 歲時，家長或監護人的姓名、電郵及同意紀錄。不提供就不能建立帳戶。
2. 自願提供。 暱稱、學校及級別、應考年份、作文及答卷、上載相片、出生日期／時辰／出生地（只限 Metaphysics，只供 18 歲或以上）、Buddy 資料、一對一申請（包括 WhatsApp）、AI 提問。直接促銷同意只適用於年滿 18 歲人士，預設不勾選。
3. 用途。 學習、練習、AI 評改及輔助、課廳、Buddy、遊戲及進度；一對一申請及上課；付款、退款及 chargeback；支援及舉報；保安；法律責任。直接促銷只在年滿 18 歲並另行同意時。
4. 轉移對象類別。 Google LLC（Firebase、Cloud Functions、Firestore，美國 us-central1；reCAPTCHA Enterprise）；Google Gemini（付費 Gemini API），可在 Google 或其代理設有設施的任何國家處理、暫存或快取；KPay；Stripe；電郵商；一對一導師；你的學校或老師（只限課廳）；律師、會計師、核數師；法律要求的機構；業務承讓人。
5. 公開範圍。 排行榜、Global Pulse 及 Buddy 只顯示暱稱（預設不是 Google 真名）、頭像圖示及成就，對象為 [其他已登入用戶]。未滿 18 歲帳戶預設隱藏。
6. 查閱及更正。 書面聯絡合規經理（Compliance Manager，現任 K.Son），心教教育 Blissfulife Education，香港旺角登打士街同珍商業大廈19樓04室，或 info@blissfulife.academy。
7. 直接促銷。 不向未滿 18 歲人士作直接促銷。年滿 18 歲須另行勾選。

B1. 我們是誰

合規經理（Compliance Manager），現任 K.Son。電郵 info@blissfulife.academy。學校方案下，學校是 data user，我們按《資料處理附錄》處理（B18）。

B2. 收集

帳戶、年齡、監護人同意、檔案、學習內容、學習紀錄、上載相片、玄學資料、Buddy、課廳、一對一申請、交易、通訊、同意紀錄、裝置及日誌，是否必須及後果，與 A 部一致。卡資料由 KPay 或 Stripe 直接收集，我們不保存完整卡號。英文說話廳錄音只在瀏覽器播放，我們不會上載或保存。[待確認]

B3. 用途

只用於收集時所述或直接有關的用途：提供服務、一對一、付款退款、支援、保安、法律責任，以及年滿 18 歲並同意時的直接促銷。新用途須先取得訂明同意。未滿 18 歲由有父母責任的人同意。

B4. AI（Google Gemini）

經 Gemini API 付費方案。Google 不用提交內容或生成結果訓練模型。Google 可在有限期間保留防濫用紀錄，並可在任何國家暫存或快取。AI 評分按公開評分準則估算，不是考評局成績。AI 生成練習卷可能存入共用題庫，不包括你的作文、答卷或個人資料。[待確認] 我們 [不會] 只靠自動化處理作出具法律效力或同等重大影響的決定。[待確認]

B5. 相片及出生資料

不作 facial recognition 或生物辨識。相片 [處理後即刪除／保存 X 日]。[待確認] 出生資料 [只在當次計算使用，不保存／保存至你刪除為止]。[待確認]

如你在玄學頁按「目前位置」，瀏覽器會讀取你的位置，用來配對最近的城市；精確座標只存於你的裝置。

B6. 公開及退出

龍虎榜、Global Pulse、Buddy、課廳的退出路徑為 [設定 → 私隱 → 不在排行榜顯示] 等，或電郵我們。退出後 [退出後移除 X 小時] 內從公開位置移除。未滿 18 歲預設隱藏。

B7. 轉移

我們不出售個人資料。類別見 A 部第 4 點。業務承讓人所在地：[業務承讓人所在地]。

B8. 跨境

主要在美國 us-central1。Gemini 資料可在任何國家暫存或快取。《私隱條例》第 33 條現時仍未生效。我們 [已／會] 參考 PCPD 建議跨境合約條款。其他供應商：[跨境合約確認]。

B9. 保留期

交易及退款紀錄：交易完成後 7 年（《稅務條例》第 51C 條）。年齡及監護人同意：帳戶存續加 7 年。同意紀錄、直接促銷同意或拒絕：使用期間加 7 年。其餘為 [建議…，待確認]，包括帳戶刪除後 [建議 30 日]、作文及 AI 紀錄 [建議 12 個月]、相片、出生資料、Buddy、課廳、學校方案 [建議 30 日]、未報讀申請 [建議 6 個月]、上課紀錄 [建議 2 年]、日誌 [建議 12 個月]、投訴 [建議 2 年]、備份 [建議 90 日]。

B10. 你的權利

查閱（第 18 條）及更正（第 22 條），40 日內回覆。費用：[不收費／可收取不超乎適度的費用]。刪除帳戶：電郵或 [設定 → 刪除帳戶]。停止直接促銷免費（第 35G 條）。投訴：https://www.pcpd.org.hk/

B11. 年齡

未滿 13 歲不可使用。13 至 17 歲須家長或監護人同意。[監護人同意方式（電郵確認連結），待律師確認] 付款人須年滿 18 歲。未滿 18 歲帳戶暫時不能使用任何 AI 功能。Metaphysics 不開放予未滿 18 歲人士。排行榜及 Global Pulse 預設隱藏。意外收集未滿 13 歲或未得同意的未成年人資料時，暫停帳戶並刪除個人資料（法律要求保留的交易紀錄除外），已付款項按《退款政策》第 10 條處理。

B12. Cookie

必要 Cookie 及 reCAPTCHA Enterprise／App Check 用於登入及保安。我們現時不使用網站分析服務。[待確認] 不使用第三方廣告 Cookie。字型及程式庫來自 Google Fonts、cdnjs（Cloudflare）、Unsplash 及 transparenttextures.com。

B13. 直接促銷

不向未滿 18 歲人士促銷。資料：姓名或暱稱、電郵、WhatsApp（如你提供）。類別：心教自家學習服務、Credits 及會員優惠、講座及一對一。方格預設不勾。不把資料交給他人作其促銷，除非日後按第 35J 條先取得書面同意。

B14. 保安

全站 HTTPS。Firebase App Check 及資料庫規則。[其他已實施的保安措施] 沒有系統可以保證百分之百安全。

B15. 資料外洩

我們會控制事故、評估風險，並在有真實傷害風險時通知受影響用戶（未滿 18 歲同時通知家長或監護人）、有關學校及私隱專員公署。香港法例現時未強制通報。我們按 PCPD《資料外洩事故的處理及通報指引》處理。

B16. 更新

重大改動會在生效前最少 [政策更改通知 X 日] 通知你。新用途須先取得訂明同意。

B17. 語言

中文版本與英文版本具同等效力。如有歧義，以對你較有利的解釋為準。

B18. 學校方案

學校是 data user。我們只按書面指示處理。預設關閉排行榜、Global Pulse、共用題庫、Buddy、Metaphysics 及直接促銷。

Privacy Policy and PICS

A. PICS

Ourealife International Limited 皇極道集團有限公司, trading through its branch "心教教育 Blissfulife Education" (branch business registration number 77029697-002-09-26-4) is the data user under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), DPP1(3).

1. Mandatory. Google account name, email, profile photo and identifier; year of birth; and, if under 18, parent or guardian name, email and consent record.
2. Voluntary. Nickname, school, essays, photos, birth details for Metaphysics (18 or over only), Buddy, 1-on-1 application including WhatsApp, and AI prompts. Direct-marketing consent is voluntary and only for ages 18 or over.
3. Purposes. Learning, AI features, classrooms, Buddy, games, coaching, payments, refunds, support, security and legal duties.
4. Transferees. Google LLC (Firebase, Cloud Functions, Firestore, us-central1, reCAPTCHA Enterprise); Google Gemini via the paid Gemini API, which may cache in any country where Google or its agents have facilities; KPay; Stripe; email providers; tutors; your school or teacher; professional advisers; authorities where the law requires; a business buyer.
5. Public. Nickname, avatar and achievements to [other signed-in users]. Under-18 accounts are hidden by default.
6. Access. Write to the Compliance Manager (currently K.Son), 心教教育 Blissfulife Education, or info@blissfulife.academy.
7. Direct marketing. No marketing to anyone under 18. The box is unticked by default.

B2. Categories match section A. We do not keep full card numbers. Speaking-chamber recordings play only in your browser and are not uploaded. [to be confirmed]

B3. Use is limited to the stated or directly related purposes. A new purpose needs prescribed consent.

B4. Paid Gemini API. Google does not use the content to train models. Abuse logs may be cached in any country. AI scores are not HKEAA results. Shared practice papers do not include your essays or personal data. [to be confirmed] We [do not] make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. [to be confirmed]

B5. No facial recognition. Photos [deleted after processing / kept for X days]. [to be confirmed] Birth data [not kept / kept until you delete]. [to be confirmed]

If you tap Current place on the Metaphysics page, the browser reads your location only to match the nearest listed city. The precise coordinates stay on your device.

B6. Opt out via [Settings → Privacy] or email. Removal within [opt-out removal X hours].

B7. We do not sell personal data. Business transferee location: [business transferee location].

B8. Stored mainly in the United States. Section 33 of the Ordinance is not yet in operation. We [have / will] use PCPD model clauses. Other providers: [cross-border contract confirmation].

B9. Transaction records: 7 years after the transaction (section 51C, Inland Revenue Ordinance). Age and guardian consent: life of the account plus 7 years. Consent and direct-marketing records: period of use plus 7 years. Other periods remain [suggested …, to be confirmed].

B10. Access and correction within 40 days. Fee: [no fee / a fee that is not excessive]. Delete via email or [Settings → Delete account]. You may complain to the PCPD: https://www.pcpd.org.hk/

B11. Under 13: no access. Ages 13 to 17: guardian consent. [guardian-consent method, solicitor to confirm] Payer must be 18 or over. Under-18 accounts cannot use AI features for now. Metaphysics is not available under 18. Leaderboards are hidden by default.

B12. Essential cookies and reCAPTCHA Enterprise / App Check. We do not currently use website analytics. [to be confirmed] No third-party advertising cookies.

B13. Direct marketing only with consent, and never to anyone under 18. We do not give your data to others for their marketing unless section 35J consent is obtained first.

B14. HTTPS and access controls. [other security measures in place] No system is 100% secure.

B15. We will contain a breach, assess harm, and notify affected users, parents or guardians of users under 18, schools and the PCPD where there is a real risk of harm. Hong Kong law does not currently require notification.

B16. Material changes: at least [policy change notice X days] notice. A new purpose needs prescribed consent.

B17. The Chinese and English versions have equal effect. If they differ, the interpretation more favourable to you applies.

B18. On a school plan we process only on written instructions. Leaderboards, Global Pulse, the shared bank, Buddy, Metaphysics and direct marketing are off by default.
